No Show and Late fee Policy's
The late arrival policy at our clinic is:
1- Please aim to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
2- If you anticipate being late, kindly give us a heads-up by calling 204-255-0226.
3- If your pet is scheduled for a wellness exam and vaccines and you will be more than 10 minutes late, we will need to reschedule.
4- If your pet is scheduled for a sick appointment or other physical exam and you will be more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule.
5- If you do not show up for your pets scheduled appointment and you have not contacted us, there will be an $82.67 fee added to your account, which will need to be paid before scheduling the next appointment
